The body is just like any other mechanical machine except that it is more complex, and is created by a supreme God and not an ordinary man. Every mechanical machine when broken has to be repaired by an experienced person but when it comes to the human body it has it own self-repairable mechanism once it is properly maintained.

When pressure is built up within the body it has to release those pressure in order to avoid physical health problems, The process by which this is done is call crying.
Within the scientific world crying is term as an uttering of inarticulate sobbing in which tears is shed (fluid in the eyes) in response to an emotional state, such as anger; happiness; and sadness.
Studies done has shown that crying serves several biochemical purposes, such as relieving stress; this observation is very welcoming as it explains the reason why people cries during cheerful periods, as well as painful periods.
