Positive Growth quotes

As the nature of science has it, it's impossible to plant a pea grain on the day of harvest, when corn is reaped. On the other hand, the pea grain has to be watered and nurtured in order for it to bear fruit. These are the same principles that are needed for human growth.

Very often we get confused as to which fruit we want to bear because we infiltrate our minds with negative thoughts. These thoughts corrupt the positivity of our minds: the control panel of our body.
It controls our every action. To be more practical, if you sit in a chair and tell yourself that you will not move that's exactly what will happen; that's how powerful the mind is.
Therefore, if you limit yourself by sowing negative seeds then it's only fair to reap negative fruits.

Our thoughts are affected by various factors and as such, we have to sow positive seeds. Here are four excellent ways to promote positive growth: Change of mindset, having faith,: don't compare yourself with other and don't use your past to predict your future.
1. Change of mindset- I can't, I am not strong enough, it is impossible are some phrases that are used very often that builds fear in the mind. The things that we say can become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
We can rectify this frame of mind by using phrases such I can, I must, and failure is not an option.
However, saying positive things and not believing will not give a positive result. Therefore, you have the courage and perseverance to complete what you set out to do. Just like the growth of a tree, it needs water, sunlight, and air to grow after being sowed in the soil. We have to nurture our mind by believing in ourselves and being hopeful. We should create a positive mind that will conquer fear and all other negative thoughts through determination. As human beings, we are prone to fail but with a positive mind, we will rise beyond the adversities. Always tell yourself that after a set back there always a good comeback.

2. Having faith- The Bible says " faith can move any mountain."  without faith it is impossible to live in this world; it is imperative that we learn to exercise faith. Faith does not come overnight, we have to pray to God to grant it unto us because it doesn't matter how faithful are strong we are, sometimes the light goes dim and for us to be persistent we have to call on the creator. He is the one who makes all things that are impossible, possible. Self-belief is vulnerable as well. Faith goes a far way. It is a priceless weapon to defeat negative thought. If we are fearful to sow a seed because we are uncertain of its growth, then we will never know the outcome. We have to learn to take chance to have positive outcomes.

3. Don't compare yourself with others- We have different physiques, talent, gifts and genetic makeup. No two persons have the same fingerprint. that's how powerful the creator was in making us. We are all unique in our own way. A mango tree and an apple tree does not look the same or bear the same fruit. They are all different and they have different purposes. We all have different purposes to fulfill. Some persons were created to save lives, while some were created to educate others. So, never mind achieving that purpose. Above all, always be proud of who you are.

Finally, don't use your past to predict your future- our past experiences do not determine our future.
What they all do is shape our future. Our bad experiences in the past will help us to make better choices in the future. Likewise, our good experiences will help us to become great individuals.
Just like a plant growing in different environments: a plant growing in an environment like Canada will lose all its beauty by shedding all its leaves during the winter to survive the season. This doesn't mean the plant will die because it has lost its leaves. When summer appears all its leaves will return.

In the same essence with human beings, it doesn't matter how many times we have failed in our past there are always brighter days ahead. Our past experiences create lessons for us to learn from, to shape a brighter future. They can't be erased or edited; all that can be done is to accept it.
Be proud of who you are, accept your past, look back at your silly moments; laugh, learn and create your own story. Your bitter past will be your better past only with a positive mind.

Each day we live we write our life stories, one which no one can write for us and as such we have to shape our lives to fit our storyline. We have to learn to sow a good seed to reap good fruits. Practice to feed our healthy thoughts because our thoughts become habits that make us what we are; we become our thoughts. Our thoughts become our action, and so, we have to be cognizant of the choices we make each day.

The body is just like any other mechanical machine except that it is more complex, and is created by a supreme God and not an ordinary man. When pressure is built up within the body it has to release those pressure in order to avoid physical health problems, The process by which this is done is call crying.
Within the scientific world crying is term as an uttering of inarticulate sobbing in which tears is shed (fluid in the eyes) in response to an emotional state, such as anger; happiness; and sadness.
Studies done has shown that crying serves several biochemical purposes, such as relieving stress; this observation is very welcoming as it explains the reason why people cries during cheerful periods, as well as painful periods.

There is not one person on Earth who is immune from crying,  meanwhile, …
