HOW TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE

How to be more responsible

Responsibility can be defined as an obligation or duty for which a person is responsible for; although there are many things human aren't in control of such as the air we breathe, the heartbeat, the color of skin, where they were born or the family they were born in. But every man is still voluntarily responsible for their moral life and also for everything that was entrusted for them to protect.

Responsibility is a skill that has to be developed over time, and not something that can be bought or prayed for. Each individual has to discipline themselves with a positive mindset and makes conscious decisions in order for them to have a better spiritual, emotional and financial future.

I will agree that lack of family nurturing, environment challenges, and a life full of circumstances can influence individual's life directions, but they aren't fully responsible for the final outcome. Each one of us has a part to play in empowering ourselves and others with the knowledge to be more fundamentally responsible. Don't sit worrying about what happen to your in the past, but work to change your circumstances that both you and your children will have a better future. Remember whatever you do your children will copy so be an example setter.

In our society's most individuals don't want to take responsibility for their own action instead, they would rather blaming someone else. Because of this lack of responsibilities we end up having an unhealthy society of poverty, single parent, high crime rate and corruption.

Here are 5 characteristics that will enable us to be more responsible:

1. Accept your mistakes- Know when you are at fault, accept making the mistakes and take the necessary action to apologize if needed be and learn from such mistakes and guard against such events.

2. Stop blaming others- Try to avoid blaming others for decisions you're in control of if nothing was done to fix or change the direction your life took. Instead of blaming an event or a person for your circumstances, try to identify the reason for your failure and work to resolve it. Being responsible mean you are totally in control of all your affairs so don't blame others.

3. Separate your responsibilities- Try in as much to separate personal responsibilities such as family's issues, private life from work. If they are mix it will lead to stress and confusion.

4. Laziness- Laziness is a virtue for an irresponsible individual; this weakness can be overcome by working hard at the task at hand and continues through to the end.

5. Financial responsibility- In an adult's life stage, one of the major responsibility is managing of money. If you can take it seriously to manage all your financial responsibilities this will contribute to a less stressful and brighter future.

Conclusion

It is in the best interest of an individual to act and take full control to improve their moral responsibilities, this can be done by working hard to accomplish all your goals, don't blame other for your mistakes. Develop a positive perception on life, work to develop your responsibility skills which will enable you with the power to adjust and make changes during social and environmental challenges.

Despondency is state of well-being wherein an individual goes through a cycle of feeling discouraged, sad, faithless and lack of hope. Imagine you losing a child suddenly, maybe through an accident, there is nothing that can prepare a person for such a shocking u…

Crying helps to ease your emotional pain

The body is just like any other mechanical machine except that it is more complex, and is created by a supreme God and not an ordinary man. Every mechanical machine when broken has to be repaired by an experienced person but when it comes to the human body it has it own self-repairable mechanism once it is properly maintained.

When pressure is built up within the body it has to release those pressure in order to avoid physical health problems, The process by which this is done is call crying.
Within the scientific world crying is term as an uttering of inarticulate sobbing in which tears is shed (fluid in the eyes) in response to an emotional state, such as anger; happiness; and sadness.
Studies done has shown that crying serves several biochemical purposes, such as relieving stress; this observation is very welcoming as it explains the reason why people cries during cheerful periods, as well as painful periods.

There is not one person on Earth who is immune from crying,  meanwhile, …
